Sock Hop Fun

 I'm sad to have missed the Sock Hop, but it sounds like all students had a blast.  I also hear that we have the bubble blowing and hoola hoop champs in our room.  Here are the pictures that were shared with me!  

Global Play Day Fun

 If I could bottle up the giggles and innocence of today and share it with you, there's no way you wouldn't smile.  We played ALL DAY LONG.  This is my favorite day of the school year because kids get to be kids and act like kids.  There are no screens, they create, laugh, and just have fun.  I just love this group so dang much.  Here is a fraction of the smiles and moments I've captured today:

Technology Museum

 Our amazing media specialists created the coolest Technology Museum for our Beulah Ralph students.  It gave students that opportunity to see how technology has changed and impacted their daily life at home, school and work.  It may have made me feel SUPER old, but it was so fun to see them interact with and learn from our past! Before they began, throughout their time in the museum and even after, students were to reflect on the essential question of how technology affects their lives at home and school and how it might shape the future.
