Valentine's Day Party

Another Class Party success!  Students enjoyed ice cream sundaes, made Cupid's Arrows and even did minute to win int activities with candy hearts!  Thank you so much to all the parents that donated and helped make all our class parties a success  We really appreciate it!!  I loved all the smiles! 

Science Can Be Fun!

We have been having so much fun learning about waves during Science class time.  We have made a human wave and learned about how amplitude changes as it travels. Students used a slinky to learn about how wave lengths change overtime.  They are having so much fun with all the hands on activities.

Lots of new Apps and Problems Solving Puzzles

Learning a new app and problems solving fit perfectly together!  This week we tried out a couple new apps both in books clubs and in writing. We had to be great problems solvers as we figured these apps out together...  

We also had tons of fun being problem solvers with our games today...

Beulah's Birthday

Our school had so much fun celebrating the 90th birthday of Beulah Ralph!  We learned 90 facts about Mrs. Ralph, made party hats to wear to a fun assembly, heard her daughter speak about her, enjoyed cupcakes and even danced in our classroom in her honor.  This was such a great way to remember a remarkable woman.
