Heroes/Grandparent/Special Friends Day was a hit! Students had a great time and I loved having so many visitors in our classroom. We started with an assembly where Mizzou Golden Girls and marching band performed as well as our own choir!
Reese, from our class, was chosen to read her Hero Speech to the audience. She rocked it!
After this, we headed to our classroom for a fun hand tracing craft, shared our Hero Essays, played math games and some even headed to the Book Fair.
What a fun day! Thanks to all that came.
