Our week is flying by. Here are some highlights!!
On Monday, we finished up and checked on some quick writes we had been working on. We had our very first author share of the year. Before we began we talked about respectful comments you could make. Students were very nervous to read in front of each other. Once a brave few said they would share, students became more comfortable. I was in awe of their sweet compliments to each other and the things they noticed. We have a great group of writers!!

Tuesday we had our first Citizen of the Month Assembly. Students voted this month and Antasia Black won for our class this month. We were so proud of her!
